Healthcare, Research and Organisational Use
evriMED is frequently provided as part of a healthcare programme, research study or other programme managed by a third-party organisation.
In these circumstances, the healthcare provider, research organisation, study sponsor or other organisation may determine why information is collected, how it is used and how long it must be retained.
Wisepill may process that information on behalf of the responsible organisation and in accordance with its instructions, contractual obligations and applicable law.
Users may contact either the organisation responsible for their programme or Wisepill regarding privacy questions or data requests.

Where the information is controlled by a healthcare provider, research organisation, study sponsor or other customer, Wisepill may need to coordinate the deletion request with that organisation. You may also submit the request directly to that organisation.
Certain information may need to be retained where required by law, regulation, contractual obligations, legitimate security requirements, or applicable healthcare or research record-retention requirements. If information cannot be deleted for one of these reasons, we will explain this where applicable.

Information contained in system backups may remain for a limited period until the applicable backup is overwritten or securely deleted in accordance with normal backup-retention procedures.
Submitting a deletion request does not require the evriMED application to remain installed on your device.

Retention periods may also be determined by applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, healthcare or research requirements.
When information is no longer required, it is deleted or de-identified in accordance with applicable requirements and Wisepill's data-management procedures.
